Introduction
परिचय
"एन्टी करप्सन बोर्ड" संगठन का रजिस्ट्रेशन (भारतीय ट्रस्ट अधिनियम 1882) के अंर्तगत राष्ट्रीय राजधानी दिल्ली के रजिस्ट्रार / सब रजिस्ट्रार III नई दिल्ली के कार्यालय से दिनांक 02 मार्च 2021 को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर कराया गया जिसका रजिस्ट्रेशन न० 154 है। इस संगठन के मुख्य ट्रस्टी रामकुमार जैन (आर. के. जैन) एंव श्रीमती ज्योति जैन है इस ट्रस्ट की स्थापना इन दोनो ट्रस्टीयो ने मिलकर की है।
विशेष
इस संगठन को अपने उद्देश्यो को पुरा करने के लिये राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भारत के सभी राज्यों में अपने कार्यालय स्थापित करने एवं सदस्यों की राष्ट्रीय राज्य, मंडल, जिला, तहसील, ब्लाक, तालूका, वार्ड, नगर एवं गांव स्तर पर कार्यकारणी गठन करने का अधिकार प्राप्त है। एवं इस संगठन का कार्यक्षेत्र समस्त भारत है। यह संगठन आयकर अधिनियम 12ए एवम 80 जी के अन्तर्गत पंजिकृत है।
मुख्य उद्देश्य
- भारतवासियों में भाई चारा, आपसी सौहार्द, शांति एवं सहयोग का वातावरण स्थापित करना।
- भारत की एकता अखडत्ता एवं सप्रभुता को कायम रखने के सभी प्रयास करना।
- मानवीय अधिकारों एवं उपभोक्ता अधिकारों की सुरक्षा हेतू सभी प्रयास करना।
- मानव समाज में जागरूकता पैदा करने के लिए पुस्तके एवं प्रचार सामग्री प्रकाशित कराना जागरूकता सेमिनार मिटिंग व बैठक करना। एवं मानव अधिकार रिसर्च केंद्रों की स्थापना करना।
- जेल में बंद कैदियों के मानवीय अधिकारों की रक्षा हेतू समय-समय पर जेलों का निरीक्षण करना एवं जेल प्रशासन द्वारा कैदियों को उपलब्ध करायी जा रही सुविधाओं का निरीक्षण करना।
- मानव समाज की सहायता के लिए उन्हें समय-समय पर कानूनी एवं चिकित्सा सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराना।
- मानव अधिकार अधिनियम 1993 के अंर्तगत वो सभी कार्य करना जो मानव समाज के सभी अधिकारों की रक्षा करते हो।
- भारत के सभी राज्यों एवं जिलों में मानव अधिकारों की रक्षा सेल की स्थापना करना।
- मानव समाज के कमजोर एवं गरीब लोगों को यथासंभव सभी सुविधायें निशुल्क एवं सस्ते मुल्य पर उपलब्ध कराना।
- कानूनी सलाह केंद्रों, गौशालाओ, शिक्षा एवं चिकित्सा केंद्रों आदि की स्थापना हेतू जमीन खरीदने एवं बिल्डिंग बनाने के लिये दानस्वरूप धन एकत्र करना या प्राप्त करना।
- भारत वासियों को उपभोक्ता सरंक्षण अधिनियम 1986 के अंर्तगत उपभोक्ताओं के अधिकारो की सुरक्षा हेतू एवं उनमें जागरूकता पैदा करने के लिए भारत के सभी राज्यों तथा जिलो में उपभोक्ता रक्षा सैल का गठन करना।
- जनता में प्रदुषण से बचाव एवं पर्यावरण की सुरक्षा एवं जागरूकता पैदा करने हेतू सभी संभव प्रयास करना जैसे अधिक से अधिक वृक्ष लगाना पौधों की नर्सरी खोलना आदि।
- समाज के वंचित वर्ग को संगठित करना और सरकारी / गैर सरकारी कार्यक्रमों का कानूनी प्रावधान के अंर्तगत उनमे जागरूकता पैदा करने के लिये उचित कदम उठाना।
- विभिन्न औद्योगिक संगठनों के नियोक्ताओ और कर्मचारियों को औद्योगिक कानूनों के बारे में जानकारी देना एवं उनके श्रम अधिकारों की रक्षा करना।
- सामाजिक कल्याण के कार्यों को बढ़ावा देने के लिये चिकित्सा एवं शिक्षा क्षेत्र में पनप रही बुराईयों को समाप्त करने का प्रयास करना।
- देशवासियों के आपसी सांप्रदायिक सदभाव को बढावा देने के लिये हर संभव प्रयास करना।
- नागरिक अधिकार संरक्षण अधिनियम 1955 के अंर्तगत भारत के नवनिर्माण हेतू भारतीय नागरिको को उनके मौलिक अधिकारो के प्रति शिक्षित करना।
- पर्यावरण की सुरक्षा के लिये श्रमिको की सहायता से प्रशिक्षण केंद्रो की स्थापना करना।
- जल, वायु, मृदा, पृथ्वी वायुमंडल आदि में प्रदूषण की रोकथाम करने के लिये रिसर्च एवं प्रशिक्षण केन्द्रो की स्थापना करना तथा प्राकृतिक जडी बूटियों, वनों, जानवरो पशु पक्षियों वन्य जीवों एवं प्रकृति के अनुपम उपहारों की सुरक्षा करने के उपाय करना एवं उन्हे विकसित करना।
- भारत के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रो में प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से ग्रामीणों को पर्यावरण की सुरक्षा हेतू पोस्टर, नाटक, स्लाइडशो, फिल्म, वीडियो, प्रदर्शनी एवं साहित्य के माध्यम से प्रचार व प्रसार करना।
- भारतीय नागरिको के स्वास्थ की जांच एवं कैंसर, कुष्ठ रोग, एडस, टी.बी. मधुमेह अस्थमा, हृदय आदि घातक एवं अन्य सामान्य बिमारियो की जांच एवं उपचार के लिये चिकित्सा एवं अनुसंधान केंद्रो की स्थापना ग्रामीण एवं शहरी क्षेत्रों में करना।
- जरूरतमंदो की स्वास्थय संबधी आदि समस्याओ के समाधान हेतू स्वास्थय केंद्रो अस्पताल, सामान्य, ओ.पी.डी. आंखो के सुरक्षा केन्द्रो, विकलांग सस्थान, टी.वी. अस्पताल मानव व्यवहार केन्द्रो आदि की स्थापना करना।
- प्राकृतिक औषधियो वनस्पति की पैदावार बढाने एवं विकसित करने के लिये जमीन खरीदकर या लीज पर लेकर आर्युवैदिक मेडिकल कालेजो की स्थापना करना।
- मोबाईल अस्पत्तालो डिस्पेंसरीयो मोबाईल डिस्पैसरियो, मैटरनिटी होम, बाल विकास केंद्रो सैनेटोरियम केन्द्रो, होस्टल आदि की स्थापना कर मानव समाज की मदद करना एवं इन केन्द्रों की स्थापना हेतू फंड की व्यवस्था करना।
- मानव समाज को नयी नयी जानकारी उपलब्ध कराने और कम्पयूटर की शिक्षा देने, अधय्यन करने एवं कम्प्यूटर शिक्षा की सभी तरह की जानकारी उपलब्ध कराने के लिये प्रशिक्षण एवं शिक्षा केंद्रों की स्थापना करना। प्रशिक्षण केंद्रों की स्थापना करने के लिये मान्यता प्राप्त कराने एवं रजिस्टेशन कराने के लिये शिक्षा विभाग एवं संबधित सरकारो से संपर्क करना आदि।
- विभिन्न प्रकार के तकनीकी गैर तकनीकी स्कूलो, कालेजो मेडिकल कालेज एवं सभी प्रकार की शिक्षा जैसे उच्च शिक्षा आई.आई.टी., आई.टी., बी०बी.ए., एमसीए, एमबीए, बी.सी.ए.. बी.ई.डी., पी.जी.डी.सी.ए., एल.एलबी. बीएससी, एमएलटी, नानो, टैक्नोलोजी, एम.ईडी.. डी.पी., ईडी., बी.पी. ईडी., एम.पी.ईड.. रिसर्च, पी.एम.डी., डी.. किट, बी.ए., बी.कॉम, एम. कॉम, एम.एस.सी., आदि कोर्स के लिये प्रशिक्षण एवं शिक्षण केंद्रो की स्थापना करना तथा इनके लिये विभिन्न श्रोतो से घन का प्रबंध करना व संबधित विभागो / सरकारों से अनुमति प्राप्त करना आदि एवं नर्सरी प्री प्राईमरी, मिडिल, हायर सैकेण्डरी स्कूल खोलना तथा उनके प्रबन्धन हेतू मैनेजिंग कमेटी, चेयरमैन एवं सदस्यो का चयन करना।
- युवाओ को समाज में खुद को सक्रिय रूप से बेहतर बनाने तथा ज्ञान और कौशल प्रदान करने के लिये केन्द्रों की स्थापना करना।
- ट्रस्ट (एंट्री करप्सन बोर्ड) के उददेश्यों की पूर्ति के लिये कर्मचारियों श्रमिको कानूनी विशेषज्ञों प्रबंधको एवं अन्य कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति करना।
- सरकारी, अर्धसरकारी, राष्ट्रीय अन्र्तराष्ट्रीय ऐजेन्सीयों गैर सरकारी संगठनो आदि से नयी नीतियों की जानकारी प्राप्तकर जनता को उपलब्ध कराना, एवं समय-समय पर बैठकों प्रेस कांफ्रेंस एवं अन्य विधिसम्मत सभाओं का आयोजन करना एवं आँकडे एकत्र करना।
- भारतीय नागरिकों की समस्या के समाधान हेतू एवं उन्हे कानूनी चिकित्सा सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक सहायता उपलब्ध कराने के लिये भारतीय सविधान के नियमों के अंर्तगत सभी कदम उठाना।
- ट्रस्ट के उददेश्यों की पूर्ति हेतू सरकारी गैर सरकारी संगठनों, अंतराष्ट्रीय ऐजेंसियों बैंको, व्यक्तियों या कानूनी इकाईयों से वित्तीय सहायता, दान, अनुदान, चल अचल संपति उपहार, धन एवं भेंट आदि प्राप्त करना।
- ट्रस्ट द्वारा कंपनी अधिनियम 2013 एवं कारपोरेट सामाजिक गतिविधयों के अंर्तगत कोई भी कार्य किया जा सकता है।
- ट्रस्ट एवं उसके उददेश्यों के बारे में जानकारी देने एवं मानव समाज को जागरूक एवं सुरक्षित रखने हेतू ट्रस्ट द्वारा पुस्तके समाचार पत्र, पत्रिका, न्यूजलैटर, पोस्टर आदि प्रकाशित कराना एवं प्रकाशन हाऊस खोलना आदि।
नोटः- संगठन के उपरोक्त सभी उद्देश्यों की पूर्ति शासनिक एवं प्रशासनिक अधिकारीयो, विभागो एवं सगंठन के सदस्यो के सहयोग से ही की जायेगी।

ANTI CORRUPTION BOARD (REGD.) The trust could have its unit offices at any place in india and Abroad. Working area of the Trust shall be All Over India.
The "Anti Corruption Board" is Registered at the National Level Under the registration of organization (Indian Trust Act 1882) From The Office of the registrar/Sub Registrar III New Delhi National Capital Delhi Whose registration no is 154. The Main Trustees of This organization are Ramkumar Jain (R.K.Jain) and Mrs. Jyoti Jain and Both of Them Have Establised This Trust together.
In The order of fulfill its objectives this organization has to establish its office in all the states of india at the national Level and to constitute executive committees of the member at the national states Division, Districts, Tehsiil, Block, Talhka, Ward, City & Village leavel eight The work area of this organiation is all over india. This organization is registered under income Tax act 12A and 80G
The objects of the Trust shall be
- To create a sense of brotherhood, co-operation, mutual harmony, love and affection amongst the trustees and also amongst the general public.
- To promote the cause of National Integration and unity of India and to fight against the forces of separatism in India.
- To take all steps which may be necessary to promote and protect human rights.
- To spread human rights literacy and promote awareness of the safeguards available for the protection of these rights through publications, the media, seminars and other available means.
- To undertake and promote research in the field of human rights.
- To intervene in any proceeding involving any allegation of violation of human rights pending before a court with the approval of such court.
- To visit, under intimation to the state government, any jail or any other institution where persons are detained on lodged for purposes of treatment, reformation on protection to study the living conditions of the inmates and take remedial action thereon.
- To review the safeguards provided by on under the constitution or any law for the time being in force for the protection of human rights and recommend measures for their effective implementation.
- To provide legal assistance to the weaker sections of the society for the protection of their human rights. 10. To educate the public with regard to the scope and functions of "The Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993" and other related legislation on protection of human rights.
- To establish branches of the Trust in other states of our country for the protection of human rights.
- To establish counseling centers in the premises of the courts for the welfare of the weaker sections of the society.
- To raise money and accept subscriptions and donations for purchasing/acquiring and and buildings etc. for the establishment of legal aid centres.
- To acquire land and construct buildings for the establishment of legal aid centres.
- To purchase, take on lease, hire or otherwise acquire any movable or immovable property or any rights or privileges which may be necessary for carrying out the purposes of the Trust.
- To educate the public with regard to the scope and functions of "The Consumer Protection Act, 1986" and other related legislation on protection of human rights.
- To provide legal assistance to the weaker section of the society for the protection of their consumer rights.
- To make public aware with manifestation of environment degradation viz Exhaustion and Pollution and also to organise them for its protection (Environment being a Socio- Economic Pro). TorkREDMI NO unity and international peace and amity.
- To organise disadvantaged section of society and take steps for increasing their level of awareness in regards to the programme content and facilities there in under government/non-government programmes, legal provisions etc. and also for increasing their pertaining power by promoting co-operative and group action.
- To educate employers and employees of various industrial organisations regarding various industrial laws and to look after the interest of employees.
- To highlight the mal practices prevailing in medical and connected professions.
- To promote social welfare activities.
- To take all steps which may be necessary to promote communal harmony among masses.
- To educate the public with regard to the scope and functions of "The Protection of Civil Rights Act. 1955" and about Fundamental Rights granted to the citizens of India in Constitution of India.
- To establish training centres for preparing workers capable of helping in environmental improvement.
- To conduct training and research programs for Pollution Control (in Water, Air, Soil, Earth, Atmosphere), Polluted Diseases and to maintain/develop and also protect the Herb's. Forests, Environment, Species of the Animals, Birds. Wild Life and other Natural Gifts helping to so support the preservation of Environment.
- To create awareness amongst people in general and those residing in rural regions in particular towards problems connected directly or indirectly with environment and ecology through appeals, posters, plays, slides, films, videos, exhibitions, literature, all other media and any other means considered suitable.
- To conduct training and research programs for Pollution Control (in Water, Air, Soil, Earth, Atmosphere). Polluted Diseases and to maintain/develop and also protect the Herbs, Forests, Environment, Species of the Animals, Birds, Wild Life Sanctuary and other Natural Gifts for helping to support the preservation of Environment.
- To promote, undertake and organize program for Pollution Control, Ecological Awareness & Environmental Purity about environment issues including air noise, and waste pollution, energy and its conservation, water and human waste management and such othermatters.
- To build a consumer-focused integrated primary health care system.
- To increase the focus on health promotion and prevention, screening and early intervention.
- To open centers/institutes for diagnostic curative and research of Cancer, Leprosy, AIDS, T.B. and other deadly diseases.
- To organise activities related to the Health and Sanitation in the villages by adopting the modern methods for the better health of the people and to contact the concerned authorities
- To do best efforts for the promotion of research and education in medical science including surgery by running the various/different Schools, Colleges and other medical research and/or educational institutes.
- To provide health facilities in community for the needy people opening health centers and hospitals for general O.P.D. Eyes care centers. T.B. treatment hospitals. Rehabilitation Center for physically handicapped.
- To establish the faculty to conduct & control examination in all the medical college. research institutes, coaching and training centers/institutes for doctors, nurses. laboratory technicians and other medical staff etc.
- To make arrangement for mobile emergency Van/Ambulance for the victims of road accidents, to provide help to pregnant ladies to shift them to near by hospital, also to provide assistance to the old people for the emergency.
- To take land on the lease/purchase basis for production of herbs, spices and to set up Science Center for Research and Development of herbs and spices including opening Ayurvedic Medical College to promote Indian herbs and spices.
- To provide medical facilities for the patients of Diabetes, Cancer, Heart Decease. Asthma and all other deceases by establishing Medical Centres/Institutes/Health Mela etc. with the help/assistance of Govt. and other agencies and also organise awareness camps.
- To open, found, establish, promote, set up, run, maintain, assist, finance, support and/or aid or help in the setting up and/or maintaining and/or running hospitals, charitable dispensaries, mobile dispensaries, maternity homes, child welfare centers, convalescent homes, sanatorium, hostels and other similar institutions or centers for rendering or providing medical relief.
- To seek and cultivate new knowledge and promote the knowledge of Computer Education (computer studies) and all its allied fields also provide opportunities of training, education and practicals etc.
- To start, establish, run, take over, manage and maintain schools and institutes to provide sound Computer Education also approach for recognition & affiliation from Education Departments and/or concerned Govt. authorities.
- To open, found, establish, promote, set up, run. maintain, assist, finance, support and/or aid and help in the setting up the different kinds of technical/non-technical schools, engineering colleges, medical colleges and other establishments or institutions for advancement of all kinds of education and knowledge (also get permission from the competent authority/department, if required).
- To establish Institutes for Higher Education/Colleges of I.T.. BBA, MCA, MBA, BCA, B.Ed., PGDCA, MCA, LLB, B.Sc, (MLT), Nano Technology M.Ed., D.P.Ed., B.P.Ed., M.P.Ed., Research (Ph.D., D.Lit), B.A.. B.Com, M.Com.. B.Sc.. M.Sc. etc. and exclusive Management courses after getting permission from the competent authorities.
- To start establish, run take over or manage and maintain the schools, with the object to provide sound Nursery, Pre-Primary, Primary, Middle, Secondary, Senior Secondary and Higher Education to children/students by seeking recognition and affiliation from the education departments etc.
- To appoint Managing Committee including its Chairman, Manager and Members of school.
- To provide necessary skills and knowledge to young people to improve themselves as active citizens in the Society.
- To engage, employ or hire appropriate staff, workers, legal experts and other professionals, attorneys, managers and agents for the work and furtherance of the aims and objects of the Trust and to pay their wages, salaries, stipends or fees.
- To collect Information. Notices. Notifications. Policies from the Government., Semi Government, National/International Agencies and N.G.Os, and provide the same to the general public.
- To make survey for collection of datas.
- To organise Seminars, Meetings, Press-Conferences and other lawful gatherings from time to time.
- To take up effective, reasonable and lawful steps for the solution of the problems relating to the General Public.
- To provide legal medical aid, social economic help and assistance to the needy people
- To approach to the competent court/courts to safeguard the rights of the general public and for the public interests from time to time.
- To receive financial and non-financial assistance from Govt. Non-Govt. Organisation. International Agencies, Banks and any other legal entity or individual.
- To accept donations, grants, presents, gifts, and other offerings in the shape of moveable and/or immovable properties for the attainment of the aims and objects of the Trust.
- No funds/income of Trust will be used by any Trustee of Trust or their relatives. 58. The Income and Funds of the Trust will solely be utilized towards objects of Trust.
- The Trust can do any activity which is mentioned under in the C.S.R. (Corporate Social Responsibility) of Schedule 7 of Companies Act, 2013.
- All the acts/activities/programs shall be Non-Profitable and shall be done on 'No Profit-No Loss' basis.
- To publish Books. Charts. Illustrations, Journals. Magazines, Newspapers, Periodicals Newsletters, Papers and other publications in the different languages and on the different subjects.
- To do all other activities for the welfare of human kind in any form i.e. Health, Environment. Education. Skill Development. Sports etc.
- To organise and raise funds, including donations, towards the CM/PM Relief funds.
- To invest the monies of the Trust not immediately required, in Mutual Funds, UTI. Securities or Deposits as are permitted by the law for the time being in force.
- The Trust will invest its money and funds according to the Section-11(5) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Note:- All the Above objectives of the organization will be fulfills only with the help of Government & administrative officers & departments and the organization members moveable and/or immovable properties for the attainment of the aims and objects of the Trust.
